		<description>I personally prefer Wusthof to Henckel. When I felt them in my hand, they felt like a more strong and sturdy knife. Not that you wouldn&#039;t be happy with Henckel. 

If you want to see a few different types in person, check out Williams Sonoma at Towson mall. They probably have the largest selection of knives that you can see  other than Bed Bath and Beyond (and have a lot better customer service too).

Also, if you&#039;re going to post things like this that your friends and family should read and offer advice on, you should consider installing Wordpress&#039; &quot;Post Notification&quot; plugin so that those not hip to RSS feeds get an indicator via email when you&#039;ve written something.</description>
